Ross Curtis is a freelance photographer specialising in wildlife and landscape photography. He has a close understanding and passion for the natural world having been actively involved in biodiversity and wildlife conservation in southern New Zealand, also including many offshore islands, for the past two decades with New Zealand's Department of Conservation. In addition he has had various roles working with wildlife in captivity in Zoological Parks in New Zealand and Australia.

Ross is a focused, quiet and relaxed cameraman, and can be available for a wide range of freelance photographic work such as: film documentary, sports events, cultural events, family or individual portraits, schools and kindergartens, architectural or commercial assignments. Also available for digital work including: data recovery, photo restorations, or converting your old slide collection or negatives to digital form.
