Bennett's Wallaby 2

Bennett's Wallaby 2

Bennett's wallaby (Macropus rufogriseus rufogriseus) is a subspecies of the red-necked wallaby found in Tasmania.

Red-necked wallabies are mainly solitary, only gathering together when there’s an abundance of resources such as food, water or shelter. Mainly crepuscular they are most active at dawn and dusk, while spending most of the daytime resting in vegetation.
